I received my undergraduate degree from the University of California Fresno, and my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute.

I provide services for children, individual adults, couples and families addressing faulty communication styles, anxiety and depression, past and present trauma, and improvement of self-esteem.  My specialty is working with childhood issues that include learning challenges such as ADHD, Autism and conduct disorders. I also have experience working with families with cultural diversity and acculturation problems, adults and elderly on such issues as grief, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

I have combined my experience and passion for both psychology and music into the practice of Music Therapy and often use music as an effective tool in my practice.

The relationship that I develop with my clients is one of the most important tools that I use in helping individuals manage difficult life events.
